About the Role
Ortman Consulting maintains a standing bench for our differentiated lane: Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) Trusted Integrator delivery, cross-domain, and Zero Trust for classified transport. This is an evergreen posting supporting recurring classified pursuits (ACESO-class, NIWC/SeaPort, IC). We screen cleared candidates now and engage them via a contingent Letter of Intent that activates on award. Levels: Senior (8+) and SME (12+).
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
CSfC capability packages (MSC / MA / WLAN) and layered commercial cryptography
Cross-domain solutions with Raise-the-Bar awareness; RMF for classified systems
Zero Trust architecture and Linux hardening
U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance (TS/SCI strongly preferred)
Preferred:
ISSE background
Prior CSfC Trusted Integrator or cross-domain accreditation experience
