Sometimes, a business tool that worked well a few years ago loses its edge and needs innovative enhancements to stay relevant.   Working with a large agency in the National Security field, Ortman Consulting assessed the current effectiveness of a thin client solution to meet mission needs.  Drawing up a list of enhancements prioritized and linked to mission objectives, we worked with the technology integrator to plan out short term fixes and long term enhancements to the system to meet current and future needs.
